In his current role as a Partner at RGS & CO, Chartered Accountants, Shrikant is responsible for financial advisory to clients, valuation and due diligence, startup advisory and providing insights and recommendations to management. He is highly skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as financial systems and software.
• Areas of Expertise: Shrikant’s areas of expertise include Startup advisory, business valuation and due diligence, financial advisory. He has extensive experience in advising clients on complex financial and tax issues and providing them with solutions that are customized to their specific needs.
• Qualifications and Education: Shrikant is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan. He is also qualified as Company Secretary, Cost and Management Accountant and Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets.
